Refund Policy
I value your business and appreciate your support for our shop.
However, due to the nature of my products, I do not accept returns or exchanges, unless the item is defective or damaged in transit, or you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery time.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, or you do not receive your order within 48 days after the shipping confirmation email, please contact me at info@threeleaves.ch with your order number and a photo of the issue. I will either issue you a full refund or send you a replacement item at no extra cost, depending on your preference and availability.
I am not responsible for any delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or other factors beyond my control. Please make sure you provide me with a correct and complete shipping address when placing your order.
